"Exotic paradise "

Behind a simple set of wooden doors you walk into a scene from Arabian Nights. Lush gardens frame a sparkling pool, no noise intrudes, and you feel you are in your own small slice of paradise. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff is superb and accommodating. A++

"Couldn't ask for better"

We had the BEST stay at Hotel Hacienda VIP. Truly 1st class service from check in to check out. We had 3 rooms and all were spectacular. So close to everything, but very quiet and serene inside that lovely courtyard. The staff were so helpful and courteous -- they recommended places to go and see, and even helped us print our boarding pass for our flights. I only wish I could stay and stay at this place!

"Beautiful Gem in Merida"

This is wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Merida. Beautiful inside with unique rooms filled with character. The level of service was of the highest standard and yet totally unpretentious. The staff spoke excellent English and were very attentive. Location is very convenient if you want to be in the Centro, with many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

"A special gem in the heart of the city."

A lovely quiet haven in the centre of the city. Lovely swimming pool to relax in and around, and on New Year's Eve we were invited to a drinks party, at which we met several other guests. It would have been helpful to be contacted about the need to make a reservation at a good restaurant long before New Year's Eve - we'd hope to spend that evening at a special restaurant and were disappointed to have a very average meal.

"Great location - unique hotel"

we had a great stay at this hotel. The location was really convenient to tour the old colonial city. It was also easily accessible by car and the hotel has free parking. The room setup is great and very comfortable.
