Rooms are well presented and clean, Staff are all very pleasant and helpful The only thing that lets the hotel down is the carpet at the reception area, it is filthy and would definitely put me off if I saw it before booking. I dreaded seeing our room but was very pleasantly surprised it was clean and modern, it felt like it had been renovated recently. So I hope they change the carpet soon.

Останавливались уже во второй раз, очень приятный отель, работает прекрасная команда, невероятно уютные номера и отличная, удобнейшая кровать, что оч важно в поездках. Рекомендую!

"Comfortable but if you don’t have a party going on and people smoking outside your room?!"

Room was clean and comfortable

There was a party going on till 1am and people smoking outside which made its way through the vents and the bathroom stunk of cigarettes. A fire alarm went off at 11pm due to a smoke machine being used at the party. I was travelling with my 7 yr old son who got really anxious and scared which meant he and I hardly slept. Staff were apologetic, there wasn’t really much they could do. Perhaps I missed something about it potentially being noisey but it seemed like the party was a priority over people staying.
