"Comfortable but if you don’t have a party going on and people smoking outside your room?!"

Room was clean and comfortable

There was a party going on till 1am and people smoking outside which made its way through the vents and the bathroom stunk of cigarettes. A fire alarm went off at 11pm due to a smoke machine being used at the party. I was travelling with my 7 yr old son who got really anxious and scared which meant he and I hardly slept. Staff were apologetic, there wasn’t really much they could do. Perhaps I missed something about it potentially being noisey but it seemed like the party was a priority over people staying.

Welcoming, friendly, comfortable room, a lot of love has gone in to this beautiful place. Extra stars for Pippa the Labradoodle for such a warm greeting when we arrived

the staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly, we stayed in a double room for two nights and were extremely comfortable, facilities were great and the room was very clean, great location for accessing local shops for things we forgot to take, ATM close by for cash, the Manager will do whatever it takes to make your stay more enjoyable ,very friendly locals, overall our stay was excellent and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable & clean room . Glad I was forewarned about work going on. Food served was tasty & hot.

Staff were nice & friendly but seemed disorganised when trying to serve food & drinks. Difficult to get attention as quite a number of customers also had queries for staff .There was a party going on which may have impacted this. The noise from customers at the bar & outside was very rowdy until well after midnight.
