Luna Apartments

Booked last minute for one night on the morning of checkin. Received the information for access well before checkin time. Really nice apartment.

Ideal location! Quiet street, historic area, 2 blocks from main shopping street. Using too many appliances at once blew a fuse but the manager came over right away and helped us fix it. Beds were comfy and shower had great heat and water pressure.

Lovely little apartment, really warm and cosy. Great location and yet very quiet. Located near a bonus supermarket so very good for self catering. Perfect for a stay in Iceland.

The apartment we stayed in is spacious, had a kitchen and is in a good location. The shower is awkward to get in and out of because the door space is very narrow, and a very high step and no handle. On arrival we found all the dishes and utensils were dirty. The room was serviced once in our five day stay, and they charge a cleaning fee. We booked for three people and there were only two beds made up.

We stayed in aparrment 104 and it was a great choice! It did not cost the Earth as we are a family of 5 and staying in a hotel was not practical or even affordable. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It is easy to find and location is fantastic. Self check in and self check out was very easy as joining information is sent in advance. Overall, a fantastic choice which made our Icelanding experience even more enjoyable!

My family and I decided to book with Luna Apartments for our stay in Iceland. However due to a racial issue with WOW Airlines, we were not allowed to board the plane and had to cancel out. Expedia called the same day and still until after 5 days they did not refund the money because they could not get another party to fill out spots. I feel it was unprofessional and Expedia felt it was too. Anyways got the bank now involved and most likely the business bureau as well.

This was a great spot for us to spend our last night of vacation. It's right in downtown Reykjavik so we enjoyed the convenience of walking to cafes and shops. Best part: the separate bedroom and the pull out couch in the living area provided privacy and the best sleep of the 9 nights we spent in Iceland. We were well rested for our travels. It had a great little kitchen area as well which we didn't really use as we were gearing down to leave. Finding it was a little tricky as the address we had was for the business office instead of the apartment itself. We would have booked this spot for more of our stay had we known ahead of time what it offered!

As we were on a fairly tight budget, we had reserved a hostel but then spotted this apartment. Much better idea! Full kitchen meant we could do breakfast, packed lunch, dinner easily & cheaply, private bedroom & bathroom, sofas to collapse into after a full day exploring. Ideally placed for a main bus tour stop, and only a couple of minutes walk into Reykjavik. Was a little concerned that the apartment was separate to the main Luna check-in, but the key box and code worked well. No need to see any staff. Have already recommended Luna to friends

We booked an apartment as we wanted the flexibility that this gives. And we weren’t disappointed. It was everything we wanted, close to all amenities, yet in a quiet location. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance.

very noisy from the road and apartment upstairs, they made a huge noise from 5am to 9am. light shone in every room all night from the outside lights. the staff were very rude when trying to check in as the address on their email was the wrong address(or at least google maps takes you to the wrong one) - beware, there are TWO luna apartments and they'll send you to the wrong one! Also the hotel advertises "parking" when in fact you need to park on the street and pay & display which is very expensive!!! should really be removed from the advert as its false advertising
