Steep stairs!

Excellent location. Generally clean and pleasant room with friendly & helpful housekeeper. Good food in restaurant.

Secondary glazing in room was missing, so traffic noise rather intrusive. Main shower head was faulty, spraying water everywhere. Green light on smoke/fire alarm constantly flashing was a bit disturbing (probably needed a new batttery?) Did not like the allocated table in the restaurant on the first night, which was too close to the adjoining table. Service at breakfast on the second day was poor (forgot cereal order).

Excellent value for money, staff very friendly and efficient, great position in terms of amenities, walkable to shops and restaurants. We ate at the pub it was very good, room great and breakfast was fab. Overall very good value for money.

Nothing at all it was all excellent

Breakfast was very good. Staff were also good. Kirsty was very kind and helpful. Dog friendly throughout accomodation and also lots of green areas just outside to walk pooches first thing before breakfast and after supper.

On quite a busy road so lots of traffic during day, night time was okay though.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent food, much better than many places - excellent coffee. So many places think they serve good coffee and don’t. Very comfortable bed. Room the right temperature not too hot. Enough fluffy towels.

The strong gardenia ? scent of the bathroom soap. Tv kept loosing connection so I resorted to my iPad.
