The staff we're very helpful when I complained about the state of my room. They offered us free drink vouchers as we arrived at 5.30pm and the room still wasn't ready

There were semen staines on the bed , sick staines on the floor, along with blood drops over the floor. Got moved to the room next door which had more semen staines on the chair - parking costs £25 a night

The location is perfect for visiting York centre. Just a 5 minute walk!

The only thing that I found frustrating was the lack of parking spaces. There are only a handful, but this is common in the area.

We had a lovley room so did my sister breakfast was really good men enjoyed the English breakfast and you also catered for me with my gluten allergy which was really good room’s was cleaned every day and clean towels given which was lovley

I think there should be someone managing the bar all night as we had to find a member of staff to serve us on two nights the staff was really polite and helpful

Location stop here once a year for the last 5 years

Great location to the city center and car park only a 5 minute walk if that, down the street

We didn’t use any of the facilities just the room.

The staff were very welcoming. We were able to access our room early. This enabled us to see more of York. The breakfast was very good.
