Welcoming, efficient staff. Super helpful. It was such a fabulous breakfast, including SCOTTISH BLACK PUDDING. Bedroom was a delight, and I slept very well. Food delicious. Easy parking. Views over the sweeping valley from the back garden were wonderful. Highly recommend.

We stayed in The Plaine, opposite, as we had our dog with us, but the room was excellent. The dinner in The George was delicious and excellent value. The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere in the pub itself is amazing.

Nothing, although the breakfast isn’t up to the quality or standard of the dinner.

Delightful accommodation and very nice staff. Our dog was also made to feel very welcome. Beautiful room with tea and coffee facilities.

Limited Sunday menu. Who wants a Sunday roast on an evening? And limited vegetarian choice.
