Occidental Jandía Royal Level - Adults Only

Occidental Jandía is a lovely hotel. We had the Royal Level package, and the selection of food and drinks was great. Lunch and dinner offered a good variety of healthy options. There were plenty of drink choices as well, and the cocktails were especially good. I was also impressed by the staff. There was a waiter named Dani in the Royal Level restaurant who was very kind and took the time to explain a few things about the culture and economy of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands. Coincidentally, his brother—who works at reception—helped us book a taxi when we were leaving. Cynthia at the front desk also gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived.

The Royal Level  Adults only it's a pleasant hotel with the lovely sea view. The location is great in terms of peaceful atmosphere and as long as people next door are quiet you can get decent sleep. The beach is a bit of a way if you going through the complex/lots of staris/but I belive there's a shuttle bus available,arranged with reception. All staff is amazing very helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning service offered every day so you will always get fresh towels,glasses and complimentary water and chocolates. Unfortunately food is a bit of a let down as it does not have enough variety for vegans as well dinning area gets crowded at some points so I would suggest to get breakfast very early in the morning 7.30-08.00 and dinner late 21.00-22.00. Wellness area with sauna ans jacuzzi available for couple hours for The Royal Level guests. Treatments and classes available for extra cost. Overall good experience but recommended off season to get a peaceful stay if that's what you after

Our stay was end of April beginning of May. Excellent check in service, room was ready for us. The room was kept spotless, bed was comfy. The staff were amazing from cleaners to bar staff (shout out to Jose at the pool bar) and restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and also said hello. Bar verde was great, the bar staff were attentive, friendly. The sweets and nuts were a nice added touch. The barman from menorca (sorry can’t remember is name) was great, always remembered our order. The food in royal level(restaurant atlantico) was fantastic, always a good choice of options. Great service. The manager took care of all our needs and customer service was outstanding. The al la carte restaurant was good, service was amazing, recommend the honey rum. Pool area was quiet, hot tub needs the jets to go off more often. We also had photos done with photo hotel who are delightful and made the photo session fun. The photos were beautiful. Shout out to Bianca and Radu. Internet was intermittent. That was frustrating when using the hotel app, but that is the only downside. Fab hotel and great relaxing holiday. It’s definitely on the short list for our honeymoon.

This hotel royal level was fantastic Food amazing Staff amazing The food was literally on another level if any all inclusive I have ever stayed in before Lots of room around the pool lots of beds and shade The rooms were clean and beds comfortable Shame the bar on the sun deck is not open as it’s a lovely spot to go but so far away from the bars and restaurants. We are booking again next year

Ask as a special occasion for two bottles of champagne never arrived, promised but never got, one on day we arrived and one two days later nothing, meant to be adult only , had kids at night playing knock and run, no entertainment except Sunday and Thursday, no designated check in , was so disappointed as stayed last year and was amazing, had booked again in another 5 weeks, but have cancelled as sooo disappointed , high price paid for below par service

Unser Aufenthalt im Occidental Jandja Playa - Royal Level war einfach perfekt! Superfreundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam, tolles Essen, tolle Anlage, viele Annehmlichkeiten, Zimmer werden 2x täglich gemacht… einfach super! Einzig: die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich alt und das Essen war teils nicht warm. Ansonsten rundum perfeter Aufenthalt!
