Location was close to all facilities,

The room was exactly as described with great facilities provided (e.g. hairdryer, fan, kettle, television etc). It was also brilliant to have parking included with the stay - whilst the parking is about a ten minute walk away this was not an issue and if luggage might make the walk challenging there are parking spaces on the same road for unloading before parking. Any noise issues were not a problem during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfy, the location was excellent and it really helped having parking nearby that was included in the cost! While the room was smaller than expected, it was comfortable and cosy

The water pressure from the shower was a little low. The main issue was noise; Sunday night/Monday morning at 1am, there was drilling going on outside the room, dragging and shouting. I spoke with the hotel about this, and felt I was palmed off, as they said it can be loud during "busy periods" - I don't consider 1am on a Monday morning to be considered a busy period. The hotel is not manned, so have to rely on messaging

Location was great

Our first night was horrendous, we arrived at 6 pm and our window was left open , below was the fan from next doors chippy , the smell was dreadful , we could shut window as it was too hot and the fan supplied was damaged and not working. The fan went on till after midnight and then we could hear the staff till past 3am. We asked to be moved but unfortunately no other rooms available, but we were provided a new fan and ear plugs. At least we could now close the window and at least put the fan on .
