Very central in Kiruna. Very popular and buzzing pub. Excellent choice of beer and whiskies!

Enjoyed our family holiday. The room was just what we needed: sufficient space, comfy beds, well maintained and clean. The only other facility is the pub bit which was excellent for breakfast and almost too good for dinner since it was hard to get a table unless booked a day or two in advance.

It is strange to find an English pub in northern Sweden, reception is at the bar, amongst the horse brasses. Our room was basic but had everything we needed, and a view out across a large square, where we could park the car for free.

This hotel is in Swedish Lappland, which is a beautiful place to visit.

Great location! 5 min walk to the airport bus stop, ICA market, restaurants! Centrally located in Kiruna Centrum! To top it all, the reception/lobby is the Bishop Arms Pub and the ground floor is a shopping area with systembolaget (wines and spirits store) a level down. I thought it would be noisy! But it was not at all! The room was very comfortable and clean . It has hardwood floors with a large space for suitcases and skis! Paul, the bartender/ receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Food in the menu was reasonably priced. The breakfast could be better.

LOCATION: the hotel is extremely well located right in the city center so you can walk anywhere within 5-10 mins (the city is quite small though). HOTEL: the hotel is located within a small shopping complex and the front desk is an english pub part of a swedish chain. The atmosphere at the pub is quite good and the hotel properly is good enough. ROOMS: The rooms are spacious, comfortable and plainly good decorated. The facilities are convenient and modern. STAFF: the staff is not un-friendly nor very helpful. Average good. OVERALL: Kiruna is one of the most expensive cities I have visited in my life if not the most, and as such, this hotel, as every other one in the city has OVERWHELMINGLY high prices since those prices belong to special class hotels EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. If you are traveling to Kiruna, everything will be very very expensive -much more than in Stockholm- so considering the 'standard' of the city, you will not find any other hotel so central -all of them have the same category prices-. Considering this, I would really recommend it as an excellent departing point for touristic purposes.
