Gostamos bastante do resort. Atendimento atencioso e cordial. Crianças se divertem bastante em espaços próprios. Como pontos negativos, o check in lento e as refeições com pratos que não surpreendem.

atendimento, comida e estrutura excelentes! Monitores ótimos! Gostei tanto que prorroguei a estadia! Voltaria com certeza! Só tenho elogios! Excelente para crianças! Não me importei com as poucas atividades pagas para crianças, pois achei até justo, pois usa materiais de qualidade! Além disso, custo das atividades é baixo. Enfim, adorei!

Ótima opção para crianças. O parque aquático é diversão garantida. Poderia ter refeições mais variadas e com qualidade um pouco melhor. Muitos dos serviços são pagos a parte, o que também poderia ser alterado (jogos eletrônicos, algumas brincadeiras, etc).

Gostei: Recepção excelente! Infraestrutura maravilhosa! Refeições fantásticas. Pode melhorar: chá da tarde muito curto, piscina coberta deveria ter uns degraus na parte rasa, cama de casal muito pequena.

"Excelente Estrutura para Negócios e Família"

Fui para convenção da minha Franquia Água Doce, mas levei minha esposa e filha, e realmente eles tem uma estrutura Incrível, estão de Parabéns, e com certeza vamos retornar. A única coisa que diria que pode melhorar, é com relação a Carnes Vermelhas, não tinha nenhuma com um diferencial ou qualidade superior. Teve um dia de Ancho, mas a carne não estava no ponto para ser servida, pelo menos para nós, onde no máximo teria que ser ao ponto, mas com certeza iremos retornar, e aí será somente diversão. Parabéns à todos da Equipe do Tauá, foram Incríveis!!!
