Property and services week fantastic. Local construction could be a problem if you slept in but not an issue while you're out seeing beautiful Zermatt! Breakfast were fantastic and are cheaper to buy once you get there! Really enjoyed the hotel and room with great service, great breakfasts, and a great price. Thank you!

The entire staff, both at reception and during breakfast, were friendly and welcoming. The hotel truly delivers a quintessential Swiss experience in both hospitality and comfort. We felt the value for money was excellent and were very satisfied overall. Tip: The shortest walk from the train station is around 12 minutes and includes a ramp. However, if you’re carrying luggage, we recommend the alternate route (about 12–15 minutes) which is mostly flat and much easier to manage.

The hotel’s furnishings were modern and stylish.

Too much construction going on around it and many cranes. I hope to come back when there is no more work in the area.

Property was great! Staff were helpful and coffee was good. The spa downstairs was nice.. the whirlpool tub outside was only kept at 35 C so was a bit chilly.

Everything was good (room is spotless, breakfast was good, staff is very friendly). Plus we had a nice Mountain View (and we were lucky with the weather)

Nice, large room with view of Matterhorn. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.
