This is a lovely hotel with great views of the Matterhorn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous. And even had views of the mountains from the very nice bathroom. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Very friendly and polite staff. Rooms were amazing, especially with the matterhorn view. Location is good for those seeking peaceful time. Loved the honesty bar and the breakfast.

Great views, easy location and proximity to everything, staff was very throughtful, sauna was great.

Currently under construction nearby which took away from the views and peacefulness. The hill to get up here with luggage is possible to do walking but worth noting.

Absolutely perfect way to stay in Zermatt. Views that don’t break the bank, a staff that’s welcoming, accommodating, and kind, with amenities to match. Close enough to everything, but a block or two off to capture additional quiet and calm.

"Perfect Stay in Zermatt"

It was a perfect stay in Zermatt. Not only did we have a great view of MatterHorn from our balcony but the hotel was also close proximity to the railway station, matterhorn talstation and the restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room had all the amenities and breakfast was delicious.
