You have perfect view of the Matterhorn - absolutely breath taking! The ladies from reception were also amazing.

Nothing! Was a perfect stay.

The room was comfortable and warm, with a great view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices.

Unfortunately the sauna closes early. And there was construction across the street, no bothering noise, just the site of it was not welcoming, but this can happen anywhere anytime.

Once we were able to get the Deluxe Room No. 206 we pre-paid and were confirmed (see below what we didn't like) the spacious renovated Deluxe Room with the walk-in shower and Matterhorn view was fantastic. Thankfully booking.com makes it possible to warn others.

Upon arrival WE DID NOT GET THE DELUXE ROOM No. 206 WE PAID & RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FOR. We were put in a superior room No. 101 that is smaller, cheaper, with a small bathtub, and told by owners it was comparable. We had to protest, sleep a night in the other room, repack to move the next day and no apology was offered. MAKE SURE IN ADVANCE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE ROOM YOU PAID FOR.
