"What a find!"

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful view from the bedroom and a delicious breakfast. Quality of the room, especially the bathroom, was top notch. Also included a fan, which was useful for the hot weather during our stay!

Every part of this venue was amazing. The hosts were a particular joy and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views were beautiful.

The parking area was a tight squeeze but it could not be helped with how the venue is so there is not much to complain about.

The property has been beautifully refurbished with high quality finishes. It’s very homely and we were lucky to get a room. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the rooms is spectacular.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean with great views of the countryside and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

"A quiet and peaceful spot in the Lake District"

Very comfortable room in a lovely quiet setting . Very clean and the owners were helpful and informative.

Was surprised that room was only serviced if we asked for it . We did not want a cooked breakfast and the continental breakfast was adequate but packet orientated and lacking imagination.
