The views from the garden were superb the property is in ideal position for long or short walks & still has a good bus connection for swanage if you prefer not to walk . The building itself being listed had a lot of character & the staff were very friendly & helpful .wouldn’t hesitate to go back .

Location good for exploring Purbeck, visiting Arne nature reserve and Etches fossil museum. Hosts and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meals superb. Scott Arms is an 18th century building with plenty of charm ...

... an 18th century building with quirks to go with the charm. Plumbing is functional but reflects the challenges present in an old building.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was great and rooms clean and comfortable

Bathroom could have done with a refresh

Very nice Inn in a good location for visiting Dorset. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Friendly and helpful staff. This has been our 2nd visit and it was as enjoyable as the first. Lovely views of Corfe Castle and there is a bus stop nearby from which you can get into Corfe and further afield.
