Tumon Bay Capital Hotel

Staff was kind and friendly.

NO breakfast or restaurant on the site as advertised. Hotel room was outdated, not as advertised.

Could not see the view as the shutters would not open. Beds were hard as wood. unclean room, old furniture. No ice machine.

Room was clean!

Needs a little updating.

The location.

The room was shabby, it had an odor each time the AC was turned on; the mini fridge gave off this really loud and annoying buzzing sound, the blanket made your skin itch; the bathtub drain drained so slowly; the lobby was hot - it was just a bad experience.

景観は良かった。 スタッフは親切。

坂道がキツい。 エアコンが効かない。 ベランダに出るドアの建て付けが悪く開閉困難。 シャワーヘッドが不調。 洗面台の水が跳ねるし、排水口栓が壊れてるのか溜めることができなかった。 コーヒーカップなし。 建物が古いからしょうがないのかな。

This hotel is a great choice for convenience and accessibility. It’s located close to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping centers and stores. Public buses and taxis are readily available.
