I was welcomed to the Clocktower upon my arrival. He explained the parking and all the facilities of my apartment together with the surrounding attractions. As a result I had a really enjoyable stay.

Much more spacious than expected for the price with good facilities in an excellent location. Loved having a ground floor flat. Easy to operate heating (which was necessary on the unusually cold days) and great to have a washing machine and dryer. Appreciated that washing powder was provided.

Arrived too late to check in directly with Clock Tower staff so had to present to Best Western reception instead. Staff there could have been more pleasant when all they did was hand over an envelope with the keys. They were not particularly welcoming or helpful in explaining were the well-hidden entry was
