Good location for everything

Check in process was good,was in town for work, however there were only 2 towels in the room when checked in and 3 of us were staying. When we asked for more towels the response was I had to wait till the morning at 9.30, we obviously had a shower the night we arrived as we had been traveling,and needed towels for the morning before I had to go to work at 8. I then waited in reception the next morning for about 10 mins pushing the bell and no one came, so I had to go back to the room and ring and was told again I had to wait till 9.30 until I told him I had to get to work. He did eventually give me towels but I had to go through all of that to get some towels. In the afternoon when I finished work, the room hadn’t been serviced, the dirty towels from the morning were still in the bathroom and the rubbish was still full, we had paid to stay another night but after all of that we packed up returned the key and I questioned why the room wasn’t serviced and he didn’t look at all bothered, I couldn’t be bothered dealing with him, so we left and checked in somewhere else. The service was extremely rude and unprofessional and unpleasant for a hospitality business. Also they have pools and spas there but don’t give extra towels, some people like to shower twice a day. I travel a lot and have stayed at many motels and this one would have to be one of the worst, I’ve never known any motel not to service rooms. The pics on the web are definitely not what it looks like now.

great position

perfect location and view，but abit hot without airconditioner，facility old. Service time different as show in office so better communicate and adjust time for your check out or want ask any question/disscusion，better think before arrive and ask all when u check in.

So as i walked in the room i noticed dirty curtins toilet sink was filthy dust everywere

If your are planning a trip to Rotorua do book this motel for your stay. Situated right in the middle of all the tourist hubs. We had a very pleasant stay for our new years trip. Very spacious rooms with ultra comfortable beds, clean surroundings and they even provide utensils in the kitchen if you are planning to cook your own food. Another plus point is they have 3 different free pools for you to use, a sulphur hot bath pool, a spa pool and one swimming pool. We couldn't have started our year better. A big thumbs up and thank you for your great hospitality. We'll be back.

Was so close to everything really enjoyed our stay

Pool needs a repaint. Mattress due replacement as starting to collapse on one side. Incomplete refurbishing of the room, old water damage on cupboard still evident. Room however spotless and spacious. Staff helpful and friendly.

In a good location with spacious rooms but rooms needed repairs and maintenance. Rooms were reasonably clean but shower had mould.
