Ambassador Thermal Motel

Very basic motel in need of modernisation. Very expensive for what it was.

Nothing good to say about property, only thing to recommend this property is the location, units very run down, major revamp required, so bad we checked out after the 1st night despite having booked for 2 nights

Great to be able to use the hot pool and spa pool after a long drive/day out. Comfortable bed and air conditioning meant a good sleep.

Needs more things done to it

John was an absolute delight to deal with. Great staff and accommodated us. I strongly recommend the hotel to our friends and in future I plan to book at the same hotel. Thank you

Everything is good from the staff and the room are clean

Place was good,near the lake best of all we got to park our car infront of the porch which was convenient as my sister has difficulty in moving around.Great place to walk in the cool morning by the lake.

I thought it was great value for money. Was pretty clean and tidy had everything you needed. Some of the outside areas steps etc a bit tired and need a coat of paint but overall very good

Comfortable stay, use of laundry was very appreciated, limited dining options.
