"Not good and misleading"

upon arrival very confusing where to go. Did not realize we booked a room at a motel style stay. Pictures and description online was misleading. Thought we were staying in main hotel not a smaller one down the street. Host at check in was not friendly at all or helpful on where to stay or any of the extras such as pool. Also was charged more fees upon arrival even though I had paid fees online when booking. Actual room was down the street and hard to find. No parking so had to park further away and walk in parking lot with no lighting to a room we didn't even know if it was ours or not. Couldn't take a shower because we did not have any hot water. Very disappointed with our stay and experience, especially for the price we paid and the added unexpected costs I was charged. Very unhappy. Bed was conforatbale

They didn’t clean the rooms, I had to go find someone, bed was sinking on one side, not enough towels, little bugs in the bathroom, no hot water! Green pool

Our room was very clean and relaxing. It's an older property that has been maintained. Not having an office on property was a little concerning, but the other guests were fine. The last day we discovered sugar ants on anything we had left on the carpet. That's common in sandy areas and we didn't remember that in time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Pool is closed - Hotel needs a major Makeover - sad because it's in the best part of the Harbor. Stay at the sister hotel down the street.
