Zeus Hotels Neptuno Beach - All Inclusive

we liked the location, the beach was wonderful. and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment team of Andreas and Nicole. they kept us happy and not bored in the evenings, and were fantastic with the kids. the food was ok, and varied the WiFi coverage and speed was excellent the all inclusive drinks menu at the outside bar was very good. the cleaning staff brought a fresh bottle of water to the room everyday.

what we didn't like was actually quite a lot. the hotel was clearly initially one building with a small restaurant and a small pool. over time it has grown and additional accomodation and rooms have been built, but the pool facilities have not improved at all, and the same small restaurant now caters to hundreds of visitors and is extremely poorly organised. the entertainment team have 2 clear purposes, which is to sell t-shirts, and be entertaining. it's very odd to halt a leisure activity or DJ night to talk for 5 minutes about printed t shirts every night. the rooms themselves have a very unusual design where the showers quickly overflow with water after more than 50 seconds of continuous use, and there are nowhere to keep towels or robes (provided in the room) near by. this results in a really slippy marble floor which we fell numerous times. the balcony light outside the room is timed to go off at 1.30am, from our experience, which meant for large portions of our kids sleeping, they couldn't because of the light. the construction works in the area next to the hotel were also loud from 8.30am and continued for approximately 90 minutes. it was not told to us before, but we got used to it after a few days. it just meant we couldn't sleep in, ever. the pool table at the kids area is warped with heat, and is clearly at least 10 years old. it is also costing 2EUR per game, but the table tennis is free. if you can find a ball. the "sea side view" room, should actually just say "side view" because only the top two floors have a view of the sea. the rest is hidden by trees, or you get an extremely limited view. on the subject of food and drinks, the main restaurant only served coffee for breakfast. the machines were shut off at lunch and dinner with no explanation. I could have wine or beer for all meals, but not coffee. why? the outside bar served coffee and tea from their opening at 9.

The whole staff is very engaged to make you a good time. Food is tasty. Everybody will find something nice to eat. The whole hotel is tidy anf clean. Pepi made a good massage at the beach while having a beautiful view to the Mountains. 10/10 would do again

Nice and clean hotel, the staff is pleasant and the food is excellent. The beach is also very nice and is still being cleaned. The animators Andreas and Nikol were excellent and entertained us every evening. We will definitely come back here again.

The ceiling was leaking in our bathroom. The receptionist looked at the problem and gave us several towels to keep the floor from flooding further. Maintenance employees were gone so could not assess if it was even safe to stay in the room. We had to spend the day and night stepping on soaked towels likely from a toilet above us. No other rooms were available so we requested a partial refund which was denied.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, sauberes Zimmer. Leider kann man sie bei schlechten Wetter nur im Zimmer aufhalten, im Poolbereich fast keine Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Klimaanlage kühlt des Zimmer nicht runter.

From reception to the service section all are helpful.. the poolbar section is amazing especially with a warm smile welcome of the staff🫡..regarding the beach it’s fantastic for kids…. Surely visit again..they have upgraded our room to bigger size was an extra bonus ….. overall 🤩
