Zeus Hotels Neptuno Beach - All Inclusive

Everything was good and up to standard. We enjoyed the entertainment offered by the newly appointed entertainment person, who entertained us with his karaoke nights, sports activities and his overall friendly attitude.

From a Cornish/English view. The hotel is clean all round and the staff are nice and friendly. They work incredibly hard to keep people happy. The pool and bar is outside and pool is a bit small but clean. We opted for a standard room which was clean with a comfortable bed the air conditioning worked fine. As for breakfast and lunch it was quite standard all inclusive food. Unfortunately the evening meal was a real let down, just very boring and repetitive, They seem to cater very well for Germans that seem to be the majority of the guests. The evening entertainment was fairly boring. Getting into Herkalion the capital town is very easy and about 15 minutes bus ride where there's loads of clubs and bars and some good restaurants.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, restaurant staff are very good food and drinks are in good quality and matches all tastes

Staff throughout the hotel hotel fantastic Hotel in general awesome, so clean Our room lovely, cleaned daily Restaurant every meal so good Food - top quality Pool side - beautiful Beach - must be one of the best Pool bar - brilliant and the staff Location - non better This resort cannot be faulted at all. Minute 1 on arriving late at night with food provided to reluctant departure with check out time extended was a real joy. Special thanks to Stella on the front desk, best in class customer service. We will be back!!

Just returned from another superb holiday at the Neptuno Beach. Food is varied and deiicious. A lot of rooms have been refurbished to an extremely high standard. The beds are so comfortable. The lobby and dining room have also been upgraded. The pool is immaculate - in fact the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are also excellent but a special mention has to be made of Marina at reception and Anna on the bar. So welcoming and efficient. And to Angela who runs the housekeeping so well! It's also great to see a manager who is there on a daily basis, who genuinely seems to want guests to have a fantastic experience in his hotel. What a lovely touch to have a meal waiting for us when we arrived at 10.30 p.m. So welcoming! We will definitely be returning. Di and Dougie

great location (10-15 min to Heraklion and airport) sooo friendly and funny staff (Nikole and Andreas - animators) clean and sandy beach many beach loungers TV, coffee maker, tea, hair dryer, basic cosmetics fresh bottled water every day in our room for parents with kids highly recommended - great animators!!!!

This hotel is mainly for old Germans... we didnt expect that. Even music in the evening sometimes was in german. This hotel is not a good place for young people. That's the only disadvantage of that hotel. Swimming pool had cold water - water in the sea was warmer ;)

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! The food was excellent, the view is great, and there are so many great activities for families. We loved the pool and beach. This is an incredible value! Pepi have an amazing massage! Highly recommend this hotel.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Being an all inclusive, we were freed from trying to find restaurants. Loved being able to enjoy afternoon beverages after relaxing in the sun. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in giving directions and telling us how we could get to see sites nearby.
