Good location within walking distance of lake Topeka, good size room for 2 people,very clean, bed was very comfy, very good shower and good parking facility on site.

No complaints.

Communication, parking space and quietness at night away from the main road through town.

I didn't feel that the accommodation details explained that the booking was for a separate room and ensuite within a residential house, it was not a hotel.

Lovely views and comfortable

There was no sink in the kitchenette or cooking rings so it was more like a hotel room. The price was twice as much of most of our 24 nights in New Zealand
