The Manor Hotel

The bathroom had no aeration and drainage was poor.

The property is in a quiet location not far from town. Down side is dated furniture and outlook. Requires uplift and cleaning, Perhaps was a 4 start years back wouldn't rate it as such now may be 2. Adequate and friendly staff, though sometimes language barrier.

Good 1. They have a nice 43inch smart TV 2. Their rooms are spacious Bad 1. Poor internet connectivity in the conferencing room and sleeping rooms 2. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, lot of dust under the bed 3. No AC in the rooms and it gets hot

The services were slow at the start great thanks to desire. He did did smoothen most of the stays while at the hotel. The recommendations to David and Simon was superb. Great chefs and very recomendable. The food and service were okay though more communication when it comes to certain maintenance that might delay would be better. I will definitely be back some day. It was amazing coming back to the same hotel after a while and I'm happy to say that the service is still amazing. The rooms are better and more comfortable. The rooftop gym is a beautiful addition especially for the fitness lovers. Definitely the views are much better. Grateful to Dezire the marketing gentle man. He is a go to person and always willing to help.

I was here for a vacation late September. The hotel is in a great quiet nice place closer to the airport. The service is recommendable. My room had a balcony with an amazing view of Kigali city. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a mini bar that I loved. Ohh the food is amazing especially the Italian and Indian. Hope to be back again

The location and the staff were extremely nice and helpful Especially Mr David who always made sure everyone is taken care of

Make sure you stay on the 3rd floor- the rooms there are okay. I was on the second floor and the room was so bad I had to check out 5 days before my due date.

I had a pleasure of staying at the Manor hotel with friends, I must say the staff was welcoming and attentive ensuring a smooth check in process. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortably. I liked the great views of the hotel. I loved the food and the variety of different dishes. I highly recommend this hotel!
