WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!!!!! They forgot to book our shuttle even though we booked it 5 MONTHS in advance. When the shuttle didn’t arrive, since we were about to miss our flight, we asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. guess what : HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CALL A TAXI!!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE!! worst hotel ever. don’t even get me started on the horrible rooms. Caused us so much stress.

Beautiful town and a decent hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are okay. We had to switch rooms because our first room’s AC did not work and it was hotter than hell. The next room’s AC barely worked but it was enough. The aesthetic of the hotel was cute and there are plenty of sitting areas. There’s a gym across the street that was cheap for a day pass. There’s a really awesome cafe across the beautiful park that serves excellent coffee and healthy food options. The parking was a fenced in lot that you will have a key to. So your car is safe if you’re driving there.

Superb location less than a block from their beautiful Central Park. Restaurants galore and very charming and unique property. Bars and restaurants on two levels. Covered but very open. Room 33 on the 3rd floor has a great view of the volcano but keep your curtains closed as some gawkers come up early to the balcony to snap pics of the Volcano. We wirth it for the view.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of LaFortuna, so we could walk everywhere for food, shopping, or checking it out. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. It also was quiet, even though we were in the middle of town. The included breakfast was great 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The atmosphere on the bottom floor is full of plants and comfortable seats to relax. They also have massages available; I had to hot stone massage, and it was to die for. The employees at the front desk were incredibly helpful with any questions we had or solving problems about booked activities. The greatest part is the second floor restaurant/bar. Each night when we got done with our adventures, we would retire there and watch downtown action drinking a glass of wine.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Jezer, in particular was fantastic. Lovely people. The food at the bar upstairs was amazing.

Worst breakfast ever, toast rock solid, questionable looking meat. Plantin was the only good thing on plate. We were in room 17 which is essentially in the bar area, happy hour 5-8pm extremely loud. The seating area for the bar is right outside our window that's how close it is, can hear every single conversation.
