Hotel Las Colinas

You get what you see. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were as pictured and clean. Good pick if you plan on just using your room for sleeping. Super convenient being in the middle of town if you don't have a rental car.

This is a great property at a very good price. We really liked that it is right in the city with great restaurants and stores and even a bank at a walking distance. The cook to order breakfast was really good. 5/5 on location and the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is not a hotel! This is a hostel. Maintenance in worst condition. Everything is very very old. The shower room are not suitable for use!

Stayed here with family of 4. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is great as you can wander through town and to many restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety to keep us and the kids happy. Amazing view of Arenal volcano. Would highly recommend!! As for the noise complaints… it wasn’t bad. We had no issues.

I stayed at the hotel de la colinas and had a terrible experience! The room where i stayed had bed bugs, DO NOT STAY HERE! good location but the mattress are TRASH! Its a cheap place to stay but not worth it!

It was just ok. If your busy doing things a bed and shower is all you need.

The owners are wonderful and very welcoming - ensuring you are happy throughout your entire stay. The restaurant, bar & tour staff (Jesus, Giovanni and Carlos) truly make you feel like a friend and part of the family. Location is good for walking to sodas, food stores and local shops...but with this does come a bit of street noise early in the morning (easy fix - ear plugs). Very happy with our choice to stay at Las Colinas.

Convenient location Great staff Reasonably priced

Visited the restaurant at Hotel Las Colinas in June, amazing meal with very friendly staff, nice cocktails and live music from a local artist. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the surrounding sites and activities and runs his own tour company, Caribbean winds. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening in the r restaurant, would highly recommend!

This hotel is in town and has been there a long time. It was older, but clean and on a good day would have a great view of Arenal. In the rain most of the walking area is wet, as is the bar. The staff was amazing and handled our luggage and happy hour with ease. The area is on a recovery from Covid and will soon be fully recovered.
