The reception staff linked us to the taxi driver (Kalid his name, not sure if the spelling is correct) who they assured that he is a good city tour guide. In fact we DO NOT recommend to use the services of this driver ( or guide). The details will be provided direct;y to the hotel.

This is my second stay at the hotel. I chose this hotel again for my stay because of its ideal location - near to the airport, shops and restaurants nearby, pleasant location. The whole experience at the hotel is one that is very welcoming for the traveller. The reception staff are very helpful and provide a prompt check-in. The room was clean and there is a kettle for tea or coffee. The hotel has a couple of restaurant options that offer a decent breakfast and other meals. There is also room service. The wifi service in the room is satisfactory. The hotel has good security.

Great location with a spectacular view of the city; the staff was very courteous and friendly!

Had booked a room for 3 people but the room only had space for 2 people. Hotel forced me to either pay for an extra bed or sleep on the couch / floor. Appalling for a high class hotel

Staffs were kind and ready to respond our requests.

Very secure, nice pool, and delicious dinner! We enjoyed our quick overnight stay here.

Excellent under all points of view, except for air conditioning (noisy and uneven)

The staff was lovely -- attentive and friendly at all times. We loved the Mille Collines and will be back!
