Staff are fantastic, beautiful location, great weekend entertainment. Standard rooms are a bit shabby. The machines in the fitness room don’t work.

The musicians & dancers were wonderful! Dinner was also delicious & reasonably priced.

I arrived at 7:00 am and they had a room ready for me. I was impressed.

All went well. Great staff. Friendly without being in your face.

The staff was amazing and the food was good (although it is the only place I ate the last few days and now not feeling well with stomach). The pool was very nice and my wife had a great massage. Very nice location. They initially placed us in a room with a view of the parking lot and a roof, and upgraded us by our request to a room with some view of the city and the thatched roof over the bar. We also got a kettle and frig. It was supposed to be $25/day extra, but they didn't charge it so that was very nice. The gym aerobic equipment didn't work, but there was a nice gym they let you use about 5 minutes away. The shower had poor pressure and sometime ran out of hot water in 3 minutes. A few things to attend to, but all in all a great experience.

The staff is exemplary. They are attentive and helpful. I could not have been happier with my experience.

The place is very good, the location is nice, the staff, the breakfast is really good. The room is spacious, good bathroom, nice amenities and good complimentary drinks. The only con I saw there is about the breakfast place. Since I walk with a cane, it's hard to climb the stairs with no handrail. For someone in a wheelchair, it would be inpossible. But the place is very good.

A perfect location in Kigali in a very quiet area. Perfect for morning joggimg outside the hotel. Nice pool for afternoon swim. Wonderful breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Spacious Room with comfortable beds. Will definitely recommend this hotel forcall goong to Kigali.

The staff was amazing! They were accommodating and helpful. It is my favorite hotel in Kigali! I have another stay there this week-end before I return to the USA and I can't wait!
