Lovely comfortable hotel. Fabulous breakfast

Great small hotel set in beautiful gardens. Staff efficient and welcoming. Rooms decorated and furnished to a very high standard and very clean. Food was excellent. As it was really warm in the evenings we were able to eat outside in the garden and on the terrace. 2nd time we have stayed here and would love to stay again. Would give it 10/10 and definitely recommend it.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay and couldn’t recommend it more. We were greeted with a friendly hassle free check in. Our room had an amazing king size bed which was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out. The weather was very hot but we were able to open the doors to our Juliet balcony and let the breeze in. Couldn’t fault the breakfast. Choose of full English, pastries, toast, omelette all cooked beautifully. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful gardens, nice room. Breakfast was good but dining in the restaurant in the evening was poor- a very limited menu.

Claverton House was lovely and suited my needs for a business trip. That said should I need to return to the area for leisure then I will definitely stay here again. Ample on site parking and the food was great.

Can't sit straight on the toilet due to space. To close to the wall. £4.00 for a pint of lime cordial and soda. Apparently bottled sida water not on syohon. No drinks price list. Took a bottle of water with to my following evenings meal as afraud to ask for the cost if a pint of tap water. No drinks price list. Room is really is a very small double . Bottom of the TV mounted at 1.76 meters or 5' 9" from the floor. No tilt down action for better viewing angle. Next to front door of building so anyone leaving early door slam wakes you. leaving premises to join main carriage way was difficult. No mirror to see around hedges etc.

Welcoming and professional hosts, good food, excellent cleanliness and service. Great location with many sites of interest in the vicinity. Would stay here again.
