Serways Hotel Heiligenroth

Zeer ruime kamer en uitstekende bedden. Ook een douche en toilet op de kamer.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, decent room size, friendly staff. Despite direct access from highway A3 the room was very quiet. Easy parking. Just everything you need from a highway hotel!

Simple, clean hotel in autobahn rest stop. Fine for one night stay while traveling. Modern bathroom.

Very nice hotel, accessible from both sides of motorway. Although it is a service area it is quiet in the room. Plenty separate parking

The Hotel is'nt in the location as I accept it to follow the GPS coordinates.There haven't seen a sign or logo in near distance to guide the guest.

This is the worst of the worst. Everything is cheap and dated, both the fittings and the equipment. The restaurant is a ghastly self-service food area. The staff couldn't care about anything. the hotel is by a lorry park and next to a motorway. I would sleep in my car rather than stay there again.

It’s at a truck stop and men and women coming and going... ok but they also advertise their beds, it’s dirty, you can’t get clean towels or bedding. The front desk doesn’t have access to anything and is in the truck stop also ringing up customers. Not worth it

Extremely helpful staff. This hotel is part of the motorway services but perfect if you are just needed a good value bed for the night whilst travelling

Our family stayed at Serways Heiligenroth on our way from Bruges to Nuremberg. We arrived around midnight and were a bit concerned by the apparent lack of parking and possible road noise. As it turned our, there was plenty of parking in the back and our room was very quite. The room was utilitarian, but comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We would stay here again.I reccommed asking for a room facing the back of the building.
