Breakfast served too late and you can’t be in pool after 9pm

The roof was made of straw , making it super noisy to the outside world.

Majority of the staff was awesome especially the crew on the beach restaurant bar.. front receptionist wasn't very accommodating with our early arrival or late flights.

It's location can't be beat! I could look out my window and see the ocean. I felt very safe and everything is walkable. The ferry to Cozumel was 5 minutes walking distance! Plenty for shopping and dining! It was a little noisy on the weekend on the beach but that's to be expected in that area.

Lovely location , very nice rooms, friendly and professional staff.

We had a terrible time here; in the pictures, you can see the horrible shower, black mold, etc. We complained to booking.com, and they asked the hostel to change our room but did not. The front dest was not helpfulness. The rooms are tiny. It's not beach side, it's 10 min walk from the room.

this was the worst hotel ever, dirty, spiderwebs all around the bedroom, dust, dirty washroom, only 1 Pillow and 2 cushions in the room, horrible customer service, the room was in a different building across the street and that was not disclosed when we booked the room, the washroom floor got flooded and nobody at the hotel was able to dry it making it a huge hazard for us, the helpless front desk girl Va****sa just gave us a towel to put in the floor. We did not complete our stay there, the experience was horrible.

I don’t know how the hotel is, because my daughter needed emergency surgery and was diagnosed with cancer a couple of weeks before I was to go on vacation. I reached the hotel on the phone and made them aware of why I needed to reschedule my vacation. I was told I had to request that online I did. Then Expedia also tried reaching the hotel and explained the reason why I needed to change the dates of my reservation. Hotel did not agree to change dates of reservation or refund cost of hotel

Nice place, right on the beach. BUT….If the towels at Hotel get a litle bit of cosmetics or sunscreen you have to pay extra before you get clean towels. Even if you put the them on the floor, you dont get new ones. Very bad treatment. I am very disapointed.
