"Nice comfortable stay."

Stayed a Sunday and Monday night. It was very quiet, particularly on the Sunday. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, if a little dated. It didn't spoil the stay. Bathroom was well fitted and a very nice shower. Breakfast was excellent, as was evening meal. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good amount of parking at the door. All in all, a nice hotel. The spa was not in operation, which was disappointing. Hopefully it will be next time.

"Disappointing"

The positive: quiet, comfortable room. Clean and bright en suite. Reception welcoming. The negative: mould and peeling wallpaper in bedroom, overall damp smell throughout corridors, spa out of order, damp cereal boxes at breakfast and no Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit or homemade granola provided. All windows need cleaning. Obviously any attention to detail not a priority.
