having no wifi at all in our room, so couldn’t make any phone calls, or catch up on emails, unless we kept popping out to the pub.

Attitude of the owners when I asked for the heating to be put on in room 3 because my wife had had open heart surgery and felt the cold. They refused because they said the central heating would overheat the other rooms. They offered a fan heater but this didn't raise the temperature enough so I said we would have to leave. I offered to pay for that night but the manageress insisted I pay for both nights. My wife was very worried that because she couldn't get warm that she risked a stroke or heart attack so I said we must leave immediately. There was a mix up about my intention to pay and the manager said he would call the police. My wife was very distressed by his attitude as we have loved staying at the Inn over many years. I started the car to turn on the heating and we went home and I paid the bill in full the next day. And we have been told not to come back

Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Michelle & John and all their staff were so friendly.

The only thing we were travelling with elderly parents and they struggled with the bathroom being upstairs.

Great location, proper chocolate box post card look, good food and people fantastic- johno and Michelle brilliant hosts plus Zak and Robbie -had a fab time

Just note any disabilities the bathroom in the room is upstairs. Didn’t concern us.

Beautiful location and great pub. Rooms very very simple but great value.

Rooms could do with updating and the upstairs bathroom is an interesting one.

Great pub friendly staff. Great food, perfect location room, was comfortable and quiet, and had a great stay. Well kept, Peroni as well 👍🏻

Easy to find, comfortable, great food, lovely staff. The pub had a good atmosphere when we went in for dinner.

Watch out for the loud plumbing if flushing in the middle of the night! Otherwise perfect.
