Lovely location and room

Very long delay between ordering our food and being served ( over a hour) Wine we ordered was not available and were given an inferior alternative at the same price. Restaurant prices for food and drink were high.

"Perfect Luxury Seaside Stay!"

Staff were excellent. Our room was upgraded which was so lovely, and we were given prosecco and a birthday card! Our dinner was incredible. Facilities looked great. Location was brilliant, as we visited Whitby following our stay which we enjoyed. We also loved the games which were available in the bar.

Could have been slightly more options available for breakfast.

Lovely room decor with great view of garden, excellent breakfast and comfy bed

Outside ac units could be heard and room was a bit small for cost. Residents in most spa hotels also have spa facilities included.

Good breakfast Good location

Disappointed at choice of drinks in the bar ...no alcohol free and no draft beer at all. Had to wait 50 mins for food in the restaurant
