Please note that breakfast is available at the property for an additional charge when booking a room-only rate. For bookings of 7 rooms or more, different terms and conditions apply. There will be restrictions in The Spa for health and safety reasons, and children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Sanctuary Spa in Saltmoore House. The family swimming pool for children under the age of 16 is located in The Beach House and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Rollaway beds are subject to availability, as not all rooms can accommodate an additional bed. Please check that we have availability to accommodate an additional bed in the room before making a reservation. Please note that not all room types can accommodate dogs, and they are only allowed in certain areas. Please call prior to booking to check the availability for dog-friendly rooms. During School holidays, there may be restrictions within The Spa, where adults are not permitted during afternoon Splash Times. Please note that pets are not allowed in the following rooms: - The Beach House Accessible - The Beach House Suite - The Beach House ClassicGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great room and surroundings, but service and amenities could be improved."

The room was the highlight of our stay—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The grounds were also lovely, well maintained, and clearly cared for.

While there were many positives, a few aspects fell short of expectations. It was disappointing to find that spa access was not included in the room rate, particularly given the cost of the stay. Complimentary access for hotel guests would feel more appropriate. Breakfast was another weak point. The menu was quite limited, and one of the available choices was unavailable on both days. The service was also somewhat lacking; although the staff who checked us in were warm, friendly, and helpful, this level of service was not consistent throughout the rest of our stay. Staff were generally not especially proactive, and we frequently had to request items rather than being offered assistance, which detracted from the overall experience.

Beautiful hotel and gardens. Attentive and friendly staff. Great good & drink. Close to the beach. Bed was really comfy and bathroom was very stylish. There was a live singer on whilst having lunch which was great.
