Please note that breakfast is available at the property for an additional charge when booking a room-only rate. For bookings of 7 rooms or more, different terms and conditions apply. There will be restrictions in The Spa for health and safety reasons, and children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Sanctuary Spa in Saltmoore House. The family swimming pool for children under the age of 16 is located in The Beach House and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Rollaway beds are subject to availability, as not all rooms can accommodate an additional bed. Please check that we have availability to accommodate an additional bed in the room before making a reservation. Please note that not all room types can accommodate dogs, and they are only allowed in certain areas. Please call prior to booking to check the availability for dog-friendly rooms. During School holidays, there may be restrictions within The Spa, where adults are not permitted during afternoon Splash Times. Please note that pets are not allowed in the following rooms: - The Beach House Accessible - The Beach House Suite - The Beach House ClassicGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
