Gorgeous grounds, lovely hotel and lovely rooms.

In our room the welcome note was addressed to someone else and there was a previous guests toiletries left in the bathroom. The service in the restaurant was rushed, our food arrived within minutes of ordering and they did not have the stock for drinks listed in their menu (they only had one rose wine option and there was no lager on tap). It was Easter Sunday and the roast was bang average at best. I have since written to them to complain and despite an email back reassuring me someone would be in touch, I haven't heard from anyone and it's been 4 weeks since I emailed.

Room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. Outside balcony and table/chairs with an added huge tin bath was great. However there was a camera right above us, this is absolutely not acceptable at all as it was an invasion of privacy. That did ruin my experience as I did not want to bathe being looked at, this needs to be addressed. Food and staff were excellent. Pool and spa area looked fab but we didn't have time to use this facility. Great stay and would come again. Would recommend staying here when a few teething issues are sorted.

There was a rug that was held in place with the bed, both my husband and I tripped over it, perhaps you should look into that as someone could fall.

Lovely location and friendly staff, included breakfast was amazing, really nice overall experience

Stayed in the beach house, it was beautiful, clean, excellent facilities, staff were amazing and the brassiere was exceptional
