Showers ran cold unexpectedly, staff tried to help but couldn't fix. Offered us a different room.

The location, hotel and staff were all wonderful. Staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to be helpful. It was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and they all knew about it and wished us a very happy stay. Breakfast was good.

The meal in the restaurant wasn’t the best and if it had been better quality then I wouldn’t have minded the £200 bill at all. I think the beach house accommodation was also overpriced. We have stayed in better accommodation for less money.

Our room was beautiful and staff on arrival very welcoming. The spa was good too, not too crowded so could use everything and gardens lovely to wander around.

The member of staff in the spa cafe part was quite rude/blunt with us. As well as this she couldn’t answer a couple of questions, didn’t bring us our drinks and had to ask three times for them (they were only water), kept getting our food order wrong as writing it so had to keep repeating and the room itself was very cold - this was picked up immediately by another member of the team when they joined and was sorted. She also said we could put the tab on the room, then told us at the end we couldn’t but again in a very blunt manner, it just seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing unfortunately. All other members of the team were lovely and couldn’t have asked for better service.

Exceptional service, staff were lovely very welcoming, clean room & facilities. Food was incredible and would highly recommend!

Room was nicely decorated.

Service was poor we were ignored on more than one occasion when trying to order a drink. Breakfast- eggs were very undercooked had to send it back and went without breakfast which was already paid for. Also ordered food from the pizzeria and they got my partners order wrong so we couldn’t eat together. Stayed in the beach house there was work going on a random sheet covering the hall and the doors kept sticking everywhere we went.
