"Good quality hotel near to Railway Stations and am"

"Great Location with Good Value"

Hotel is conveniently located, about 7 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre; yet within close proximity to Kitano tourist spots (within walking distance). Friendly and helpful Reception staff. The Hotel Lobby was quiet and not crowded most of the time with a nicely decorated cosy cafe at the entrance. Hotel room and toilet were spacious in comparison to the usual Japanese standard. However, carpet and furniture in room were old fashioned and dated. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Only drawback was window was locked, thus no source of fresh air which was detrimental to people with allergy problem.

The room that we have gotten- superior, was spacious. We love the design and the huge bathroom. The hotel claimed that they serve the nicest dessert in Kobe but we have no chance to eat that as they close at 6pm. I mean, why 6pm? Many can't speak English in Kobe hence you may want to download some translator apps in your smartphone. The hotel receptionist might not be able to help you much as they might not understand you. Overall, if you are looking for a spacious, quiet, condusive at lower price, Piena is the one you can go for. No regret. In fact, this is the best hotel that i have stayed during my 2 weeks Japan trip.
