Hotel Piena Kobe

Breakfast is excellent! Organic Jam from their own bakery. I bought 6 jars of them.

Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. Although it was abit out of the way in terms of shopping and food, it was a nice hotel with clean rooms.

The hotel was fine. Their breakfast was excellent even per Japanese standard. The only negative part would be a distance from Sannomiya station. It is walking distance but little far, especially, at night. Other that that, the hotel was very nice for a price. We had a nice stay.

Staying for a day in Kobe with my wife after reading the review about their breakfast. Hotel is located about 5-7 mins walk from the JR station and it's easy to find. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Only feedback would be the room size is abit small, and breakfast would need a 10-15 mins wait time to be seated.

Our only regret was that we didn't spend more time at the Hotel Piena. It is in a very good location and is really a nice little boutique type hotel. It is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Sannomiya Station and surrounds has a lot of shopping opportunities. We were there for one night to meet with a customer who lives in Kobe. He told us that the hotel was well situated for tourists and we agree. The Hotel Piena is a cozy place that makes you feel welcome. The room was adequate. Not spacious, but they do have other options for larger rooms. We thought we got good value for money.

Terrific location close to Sanamyia train station. Close to many shops, 7-11, bakery, and mall. Great restraunts in walking distance. Hotel staff spoke well enough english and was very helpful/ friendly. Rooms decent size for Japan. I would definatly stay at the hotel Piena again.

Great hotel, friendly staff and atmosphere. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed. The best part (and perhaps most surprising) was the wonderful buffet breakfast! Not only did it have all the usual Japanese and Western options, but it also included an incredible buffet of tiny hand-made desserts. We certainly felt very spoilt! Would recommend to friends and stay again!

Hotel staff amazing explained best trips to take. A must do is the cable car ride, boat cruise at harbour two pubs to visit the ivy house and the accidemic.

We liked the concept of the themed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably well located and decent price for the accommodation.

We got best price for the value from Expedia. Hotel has wifi inside for each room. The breakfast material are made by Japanese famous stores. They sale delicious milkish-jam for toast. Rooms are euro style. We definitely will consider this hotel next time.
