"Friendly staff nice breakfast"

The staff are all very helpful. They speak good English and are really friendly. The breakfast is the highlight. The twin room is big enough for the two, and the furnitures are very elegant. Beds are comfortable.

"Perfect hotel!"

This hotel was really perfect, the staff was extremely helpful, the room was big clean and well decorated. We traveled with a baby and they were kind enough to add a bed without adding a charge. The breakfast is really HUGE and everything they serve is extremely good with a lot of diversity: pastries, Japanese traditional, cakes... You have to try it!

The hotel is located between Sannomiya, downtown Kobe, and Shin-kobe bullet train station. It is about 5-10 min. walk from either station. It is not a huge hotel, but the qualities of food and service are superb. There are always enough staff members at the front desk and elevator area, and they are ready to help you immediately. When the front desk is busy, coffee shop employee came to me and helped me out. This restaurant is very famous for its quality breakfast. Actually it is more than just a breakfast with a great selection of entrees, soups, and salads. Again, there are many people working there and constantly helping customers and making sure there is enough food and the place is kept clean. The room is not huge but is a good size. I would have liked this place more if there was a restaurant that serves Japanese food. I know this place is famous for French and sweets, but I don't want heavy breakfast everyday. There are many small nice things about the hotel too. If you tell the hotel to skip cleaning your room for a day, they will give you a voucher for a jar of their famous jam which comes in many different flavors. They offer free coffee until 10 a.m. as well as small cup of herb tea. The room has nice amenities such as humidifier, free bottle of water, etc. While this place is somewhat locationally challenged, I would stay here again happily.
