"Beautiful lobby"

Nicely decorated boutique hotel style lobby and room. Lots of creative details in the room such as the phone and kettle. Came with Bvlgari toiletries. Clean and comfortable room. Booked a 4 pax room. They packed 2 extra trolley beds in a 2 beds suite room. Room not designed for 4 pax originally. Location not so convenient though. In between Shin Osaka Shinkansen Station and the busy Sannomiya area.

"Excellent breakfast"

Nice small hotel, location a bit far away from train station, walkable though. Room size consistently small as with Japan Business Hotel. Clean and tidy, welcoming staff.

"Awesome place"

This is one of the nicest hotels in Kobe you can stay in. We were in the city for my mother's birthday, and the staff really treated her extra special - giving her a nicely designed birthday dessert during breakfast, and even giving her some gift cookies when we left. - The breakfast has won several awards for being the best breakfast around. It truly is a remarkable presentation with so many delicious items to choose from - a lot of hot foods, including my favorite pork bellies, salmon, eggs, congee, etc, a wide variety of their award winning jams, healthy fruit juices and a lot of pastries/cakes to choose from. If you stay in this hotel, definitely have the breakfast for at least one day (it's about (24K yen)

"The great stay in Kobe."

Hotel to Sannomiya station about 10 minutes, it is recommended that passengers with luggage take taxi ride. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, the room is very elegant and clean. Next time if I have the opportunity to go to Kobe will choose Hotel Peina Kobe again. Thank you.

"Excellent value for money hotel "

Great simple hotel conveniently located in Kobe. No special features with the exception of a wash and brush up loo complete with heTed seat! Very special!!!! The breakfast buffet was outstanding. All Japanese dishes but wonderful! We were the only westerners in the hotel. Minimal English spoken but attention to detail exemplorary.

"Hotel Piena Kobe is excellent."

Hotel Piena Kobe is a world-class hotel. Its staff has been superbly trained and is enthusiastic. The front desk gave us extremely good service, especially on taxi calls. The restaurant is beyond description, from Kobe beef to vegetarian fare, they have it all or will make it. The breakfasts are amazing. You will enjoy your stay.
