"Odd location? for ladies who love sweets"

Decided to stay at the hotel, because of rated No1 Breakfast by some source in Japan... It was hard to understand precooked One big egg omelette on the plate at Buffet table Everybody will share, No chef or anybody will not cook your eggs? Instead we found very good variety of sweets. It's the nice small hotel to stay with your sisters, mother, aunts or girlfriends. Maybe not with your Grandmothers, if she does not mind walk with a luggage more than 15 min. From the nearest Sannomiya station or pay about $20 for each taxi ride.

"Piena Suite rooms are exquisite!"

Staff service was okay, not the best. No one helped with luggage or anything. Once I stepped into the suite rooms, it was amazing. The 2 suite rooms had different theme and layout. Bathrooms were huge with jacuzzi bathtubs. Room had lots of amenities and had daily turn down service, chocolates were tasty. Location is good too, about 5mins walking distance to train station and Sannomiya district which has tons of restaurants and food alleys where we found dinner for our 2 nights stay.

"Close to all of key Kobe shopping and restaurants"

When they say a small double room they mean a small double bed. I am thinking that I would have called the bed a king single. We also would have benefited from instructions on adjusting the air conditioning as we found the room to be quit over heated. Otherwise it is a comfortable hotel with the usual room/ bathroom amenities.

"Spacious room"

Very large suite like room with couch in bedroom and another area with round table and chairs. Wifi was unreliable . Would go on and off. And when on it. was slow. Hotel close to shopping district walking distance.

"Good Hotel in Convenient Location"

Enjoyed my experience at this hotel. Good location near train/subway station. Easy walking distance to sights and transportation. Room was decent size for Japan. Enjoyed the breakfast and it was worth the approximate $20. The bed was very firm. Too firm for me to sleep comfortably. Also there was some spot that were missed when dusting. As someone who is highly allergic to dust, this was annoying.
