Hotel Piena Kobe

Very good hotel with very nice breakfast and great service. Would recommend this hotel for its location too. Room cleaning was not the best but was ok..

Really nice hotel, good staff, comfy bed, nice pillows. I could conduct an interview in the reception area as it was quiet enough. My only complaint was that the breakfast service was so late that I missed out. I waited an hour to get in to breakfast, and probably had another 15-20 minutes to wait before I would get in, but had to leave at that point.

Would come back again! Walking distance from the main station. Not much view though

Hotel Piena has an incredible breakfast buffet. To the English speakers out there, most of the staff is not fluent, but they are very accommodating. The location is just a half mile from Danno Miya station, close to several department stores and other shopping. Kobe itself is a charming city, the smallest of the Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe triangle cities.

two mature Australians, a couple, stayed here for two nights...very comfortable hotel not far on foot from Shin Kobe Station...comfy room with great buffet breaky and a wonderful public bath only a minute or so from the hotel...the front desk will tell you where it is...420 yen for the public bath..lots of places to eat in Kobe and our stay was wonderful..would stay here again...recommended!!

This hotel was adequate for the one night we spent in Kobe, but I don't think I'd have wanted to stay any longer. Very dated bedrooms and facilities; it was like walking into the 80s. The hotel was well located, almost equidistant between the two train stations. The staff were friendly enough.

Staff were very helpful in making bookings due to our limited Japanese.

Hotel staff were very helpful. They recommended and booked us a restaurant which had the most amazing Kobe steak and red wine.

This hotel is comfortable and quiet. Near Kobe station and Shin Kobe. The room is little but very clean. The hotel looks like Disneyland.
