Beautiful features in the rooms with high ceilings & cornices. Staff very friendly & helpful. Everywhere looks clean but a little tired in places. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms we clean and had very high ceilings. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially the owner. Breakfast was excellent, especially getting the full Scottish breakfast - we barely had to eat again during the day! Highly recommend.

"Very good guest house "

Good B&B with free parking and good location. It took us about 20 minutes walk to get to the royal mile. Friendly and helpfull staff will see all your needs. On the street to the Royal Mile there are a lot of small restaurants with indian, thai or chineese cuisine
