Lovely guest house in nice area. Situated around 20 minute walk to the centre of the city but on a good bus route also. Friendly, helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast and comfy beds.We stayed in a family room and had a proper bed each (a double and two singles) which was great (no uncomfortable sofa bed or camp beds). We would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, there was nobody at the lobby to check-in. Fortunately, the key of the room was left inside an envelope and other guest who wass leaving the premises alowed me to go in and pick the key.

Lovely b&b. Stayed with one son and met up with another. Convenient location for the Meadows. Booked a twin but ended up with two singles...even better!
