Amritara Suryauday Haveli

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti. Camera vista Ganga curata nella pulizia da Faiyaz (grazie Faiyaz per esserti preso cura della nostra camera). Abbiamo cenato 1 sera in hotel risultato caro e scarso nelle quantità rispetto ai ristoranti esterni. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto/voluto usufruire della cena al ruf top perché è riservata alle cene con menu e prezzo fisso. Colazione buona ma poca scelta di cibo dolce.

Lokalizacja jest niesamowita, dosłownie nad brzegiem Gangesu, z przepięknym widokiem na rzekę i spokojnym otoczeniem. Pokoje są duże i czyste, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Byliśmy pod doskonałą opieką Sandipa i Kuldeepa, którzy byli naszymi wspaniałymi towarzyszami, zawsze gotowi wyjaśnić każdy rodzaj serwowanego jedzenia i specyfikę różnych regionalnych kuchni indyjskich. Nie wspominając już o naszym fantastycznym kucharzu Pradipie, jego jedzenie było dla nas prawdziwą ucztą. Do zobaczenia następnym razem!

Nic, wszystko było ekstra

The Location of Suryauday overlooking the Ganga. I chose view of Ganga from my room. The window was small but ok. easy access to the Ghat anytime. Not too crowded.

To reach the Hotel you have to walk a bit through the lanes. This is an old city so mostly are through by lanes. People with wheelchair will find it difficult. Though the Hotel is very helpful and have porters for the luggage.

The location was incredible and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Brijesh especially provided exceptional service in the restaurant. His hospitality was second to none.

The price was quite high as the room was a little outdated.

Some required urgent repairs were needed to my bathroom while I was there. No direct access to main roads causing issues for arrival or departure - they have alternative methods

Amritsar made our stay Banaras really special. The location, ambience and service of the hotel is amazing and the behaviour of the staff is outstanding. Thanks to Hussain hi for making our stay so comfortable and addressing all our requests. The service team including Brijesh, Sandeep, Kuldeep was always ready to help with a smile on their face. The housekeeping team including Fayyaz, Dilip was really good. The river view terrace and the vintage Haveli ambience makes and the stay special. The hotel arranged for a local guide Vishal who made our Mandira darshan very special without any hassle. He stayed with us one whole day and made sure to address all our wishes including darshan, attraction visits, food and safer shopping. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.
