Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and amazing food! So inexpensive to dine Great free, live music on Saturday night and a steak/wine meal for £30 per couple! Superb!!

Great location for the area. Lovely staff who worked hard to make you welcome. Great beer garden, and excellent food. Rooms could do with a little updating, but it's a very old building so I understand that could be difficult. Would recommend this and hope to visit again in the future.

Good family run business, great food, The bar and restaurant very popular with the locals so I would advise booking in advance. Warm friendly atmosphere with live folk music at weekends, would definitely visit again.

Good honest B&B. Stayed here 3 times now when travelling further north. Convenient lication. Great food. Fab breakfast. Good chat with locals in the bar every time.

This place is a gem ,friendly amazing staff ,food was more than amazing ,we had a fantastic evening with the locals and staff ,prices are great ,what a place ,we have booked again for new year and we are planning another trip or two in the summer ,can’t wait .

The food was good comfortably bed very friendly assisted called Peter the room was cold radiator,s off a fire in room that went up to 22 degree then switched off again brought to to there attention twice but nothing done about it said breakfast was at 10 on new years morning appeared at 11,30 not good enough
