Terrible place for a family with children. Everything is dirty, you can see that the hotel is older, they don't take care of it, they don't clean it properly, there is water dripping from the ceilings everywhere (probably from the air conditioning), dirty equipment that has been used for generations. Just a shock. 6 families of us arrived there in the morning and we were all horrified and asked our travel agency to immediately move us. The rooms are old, dirty, there is a refrigerator, but it doesn't cool, there is mold in the shower and on the sink in the bathroom, no one has washed it properly for a long time. They cleaned our room with dirty water, which they used to wash about 15 rooms before. The sewage in the rooms and in the entire area stank, because they water the garden with sewage water. The mattress on the bed was so-so, you could sleep on it. The bed linen was poorly washed, although it was clean, but there were stains there for probably the whole season.
The food was the same all the time. Breakfast was poor, the same, one type of yogurt, there were 4 types of Turkish pastries and it was inedible, about 20 types of cheese but the same every day, some didn't taste good, others were good, no ham or normal cheese like we are used to at home, only 4 types of fruit (some were already put out rotten), from vegetables only tomato and cucumber. Lunch and dinner were the same - meat and always spicy, always without salt, mashed potatoes from powder, every evening there were fries or baked potatoes from the freezer. Zero choice for the child. The plates and glasses were dirty, the cutlery the same. The chairs and tables were also dirty, they wiped it with some kind of chemical and a dirty cloth, the same from morning to evening. AND THERE ARE FLIES EVERYWHERE, LITERALLY EVERYWHERE, IN THE ROOMS, ON THE BEACH AND ESPECIALLY ON THE FOOD AND IN THE FOOD. And cats walk around in the dining room and eat food from the table that people left unfinished on the table or just ran off to get their drinks. They were constantly burning Turkish coffee in the dining room because of the flies, but even the foul smell didn't scare them away. We covered our food with napkins so that flies wouldn't sit on it.
There is a fitness center in the hotel, but there is no air conditioning and the machines are in terrible condition, some don't even work.
The beach was dirty, the sand was full of cigarette butts, needles from the trees that stung your feet, the deckchairs were pushed together so that you sat in each other's arms and EVERYONE was smoking one after another and you were breathing it when you wanted to sit on the beach. Only the sea was clean, relatively warm, because it was shallow. Towards the end of holidays grass came and there was a lot of it right by the shore. The staff was slow and some were even rude. Never again Turkey, this hotel is a maximum of 2.5 stars, it is definitely not 5 stars. The hotel is on a cliff and everywhere you have to go down the stairs or sloping walkways. It is not a suitable hotel for old people at all. We stayed about 7 minutes walk from the hotel in the houses where the rooms are. I had an injury there, so I always called the hotel car to take me to the restaurant or to the beach. At lunch and dinner time it was impossible for the car to come for me, there were few of them, and sometimes they completely forgot about me, so I crawled on foot alone with a swollen leg.
The wifi did not work in the entire area. The signal could not be caught anywhere. Every evening the hotel burns plastic in the building opposite the main hotel building and you can smell it from eight in the evening throughout the hotel area until about nine in the morning. This is simply disgusting, don't go here for the money. The water slides are dangerous for children, they are outdated, there were many children who knocked their teeth out there, the pools are slippery, the water spilled around doesn't bother anyone. The pools lack grilles and the pool guard just watches, doesn't care about anything.
